flux: n.

1. a flowing or flow.

2. the flowing in of the tide.

3. continuous change, passage, or movement.

Life in itself is a constant state of flux. We are ever growing, ever changing, ever evolving beings. When you loosen your grip and let go in life you begin you to freely ride the wave. You release daily expectations, roll with the flow, act as situations are presented, and begin to live in a state of allowing. This renders personal freedom.

Yoga can be our greatest tool to understanding. It teaches us about our bodies, our minds and the marriage between the two. It teaches us patience, persistence, faith and most importantly it teaches us to let go. To let go of tension within ourselves, and to let go of things we can't control. It teaches us to observe and allow with no strings attached. By letting go we find ourselves in a realm in which all possibilities are open to flow.

When you let go in life you begin to see the magic of it. You get comfortable with yourself and with the unknown. You can see and feel the rise and fall of the wave of life. You understand that strife allows peace, black allows white and down allows up.

So sit back, trust the universe, allow life to present itself to you and simply enjoy the ride.

Also, practice yoga.
